  • Lancaster Fine Foods Building

    The Lancaster Fine Foods building is 33,000 total square feet of new construction that houses all of our office personnel as well as an exceptionally clean production area with and a warehouse that is USDA certified and Kosher capable. Our building was constructed specifically for human food production and our equipment is state of the art. Our warehouse has four loading docks that are able to accommodate 18 wheel trailers as well as two smaller docks for smaller deliveries.
  • Food Manufacturing Warehousing and Fulfillment

    We have 20,000 square feet of clean, organized space devoted to warehousing. The warehouse has been USDA Organic Certified and also has the capability to store Kosher products. In addition there is 8,000 square feet set aside for small order/gift wrapping fulfillment space. Here we allow partial skids to be stored and have employees ready to hand pick specialty small orders for things like internet orders or small account buying.
  • Production Area

    Our production area is equipped with a Research and Development kitchen, a Quality Control Testing Facility, a small line for specialty crafted products and our Large Line that is largely automated for continuously consistent large volume runs.
  • Kettles

    We have 3 kettles in total. All three are new and state of the art. Our two large kettles have a 250 gallon capacity and our smaller kettle has an 80 gallon capacity. Having the option to use a smaller kettle enables us to run test batches as well as smaller batches so that you the customer have the freedom to choose your batch size without being forced into a larger investment.
  • Filler

    LFF boasts a state of the art filler, in excellent condition, that is USDA approved and comprised of all stainless steel. Speeds range from 50 BPM to 420 BPM depending on the volume and viscosity of the product. Includes an air operated fill device with a sprocket for closer drive. View Filler »
  • Packaging Equipment

    We have a fully automated packaging line that enables us efficiently cap our products, wash them, label them and then seal the master cases quickly but with a consistent quality. At all key points of our line we have an employee checking for specific defects and ensuring that only acceptable finished goods passed on to our customers and their distributors.
