Lancaster Fine Foods - April 22, 2009

Lancaster Fine Foods has recently earned the highest "Excellent Rating" for 2009 from AIB International. In the examination, an AIB representative looked deeply into the cleanliness of the equipment as well as the precautions taken to ensure food safety. LFF was graded on Integrated Pest Management, Facility Location, Outside Grounds, Use of Approved Chemicals, Storage of Raw Materials, and a myriad of other checkpoints. All of these areas were above and beyond the standards set by AIB International and confirmed that the Quality Control put in place at LFF is state of the art and unsurpassed.
